The Divine Light In Amer town

I clicked this image while exploring Amer town on a beautiful February morning after setting off from the Amer Fort car parking. With the temple in the foreground and play between light & clouds in the background, the opportunity to click was too good to resist! It set the stage for the divine light!

For uninitiated, Amer town is where the famous Amer Palace is located and it predates Jaipur as the capital of rulers of Jaipur state.

  1. Crazy the patterns you can see in the play of clouds and light. To me it looks like a creature- its head peeking out, eyes watching the scene, mouth open. Agape I guess at the beauty before it! Nice shot Arv. Definitely fired the imagination in me 🙂

    1. ha ha! Som, I guess I’m not as imaginative as you are, that’s why I missed your observation and imagination! I was focused on the rays itself and the temple! But you’re good at observation. Great! 🙂
