Barely a few days ago, I was on way to the airport & stuck at an intersection because of a marathon in the city. What do you do, when you see beautiful sun rays illuminating the sky and you’re itching to capture it despite being stuck at a red light intersection?
The best option is to pull out your smartphone and capture a few shots before the light turns green!

Pradita, there are many different rules of photo composition. So as per one rule it’s considered as a visual clutter, from another it’s a perspective. It shows that it’s been shot from an urban area. 🙂

I do but I don’t know how to do it correctly. My husband loves it too, knows how to do it too (he’s into making Car Miniature replicas and photographing them for his page) but he won’t tell me how to do it XD

Yes. He’s quite good at it and keeps at it whenever he’s not sailing. I suppose the first prerequisite for good photography is to have a decent camera. I only do my photography with my handy phone camera because he won’t let me touch his state-of-the-art camera XD

Good equipment? Partly, yes. What matters the most is technique. Equipment certainly is a facilitator. Having a great car doesn’t make you a good driver. 🙂

There isn’t much pollution in the air like Delhi. In any case, pollution is generally lowest in morning. 🙂

I am so glad to see you capturing shots on the go! That’s what smartphones are for, I guess 😀 I always carry my phone with me around never to miss a great shot even though they are no match for what an SLR could achieve.

True Esha. I’m a late joiner. Still a photography purist. The problem I face with a fixed lens (like the one in smartphone) is the visual clutter one finds in the urban landscape. Very difficult to remove. But yes, it’s like carrying a camera, all the time! I know you use your smartphone, a lot! I love your compositions. 🙂
