Thank you for visiting my blog and liking my work. Rajasthan remains one of my favorite destinations. Its such a colorful state and the people so warm and welcoming. Not to mention the cuisine.i have had the best kachouris there!

Rajasthan has a strong association with colors -that’s a general perception everyone has. It could be because of the colorful dresses women wear!! Thanks for leaving lovely words here. btw,did you try both onion and mawa kachoris?

oh yes and they were divine! also the stuffed mirchi pakora . We went to Janta sweets in Jodhpur, we were told its one of the best there. There is something about the masalas in Rajasthan. They are so fresh and flavorful.
