There has been strong drive in the last few years to create awareness amongst the public by various birding groups & nature lovers for installing water pots for birds during summers in Jaipur. During summers the temperature soaring up to 47C! This drive is essentially to save the birds and also to preserve our Eco-system.  It’s a great initiative which certainly needs appreciation!

Many clubs and associations in the city have pledged to ensure availability of water for the birds. As a result, one comes across many such water pots and trays hanging on tree branches across the city.
