Here is the picture of Amber (or Amer) town.
This picture is quite interesting.
There’s a Bihari ji temple on the extreme left side. Located next to it is Panna Meena kund. It’s a baoli or baodi – a local term used for a step well. At a certain point of time, such Baodi used to be places of socialization for local women. They would congregate here to collect water from Baori as well as to talk about life and the rest of the stuff. On the extreme right side is Ambikeshwar temple. As per local legend Amer was named after this temple. Life is Amer town was woven around temples, which explains the reason of many temples in this small town.
